Managing Database Logs

In this section, we will explain how to manage the logs on a Database instance.

Enable Database Logs

1. Navigate to the Project / Database / Instances page if you are not on the page.
2. Click the tutorial instance name.
3. Click Logs tab.
4. Click Enable Log button from the actions list of general log.
5. Click Publish Log from the actions list (the first button as seen above.)
6. Click View Log from the actions list.
7. You should see the database log in the screen.

Disable Database Logs

You have enabled the database general log from the last exercise. Now we are going to disable the log.

1. Click Disable Log from the actions list of general log.
